Virginia Beach (Kiptopeke) & Cape Charles
There’s nothing better than camping with friends! I think we found our new favorite beach camping trip location. I would highly recommend a camp trip to Kiptopeke State Park! Definitely allow for at least a day in Cape Charles as well while you’re there.
My favorite part of Cape Charles was Kelly’s Gingernut Pub. This cute little bar used to be an old bank! Make sure you ask for their house-made Kelly’s Sauce to go with your fries. Additionally, the bartender recommended that we go see Brown Dog Ice Cream at some point. We sure did and it did not disappoint!
